Appointment of New Directors
This year NACC NRM will farewell two current Board Directors, Robert Keogh and Miriam Stanborough, and appoint two new Board Directors by means of NACC NRM’s 2023 Election. In accordance with the NACC NRM Constitution, Rob and Miriam’s term will conclude at the 2023 AGM in October.
Nominations for two vacant Directors positions were called on 25 July 2023. At the close of nominations on 14 August 2023, four applications for nomination were received and assessed by the Independent Selection Panel (ISP) in accordance with the NACC NRM Constitution and policies. Measuring against the agreed criteria, the ISP found three of the applications suitable.
With three suitable applicants to fill two vacancies, an election was held where members voted for two Directors. The election concluded at 17.00pm (AWST) on 10 October 2023.
NACC NRM is pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine Galli and Will Easton as NACC NRM Directors for a term of four years commencing from the October 2023 AGM.
We wish Robert Keogh and Miriam Stanborough all the best for their future endeavours and thank them for their valuable contributions to NACC NRM.
