The NACC wants to find people who are interested in helping coastal managers keep an eye on changes that occur along the coastline, as part of project to monitor our changing beaches.

Coastal Grants available to help region’s coast

Grants of up to $15,000 are now available to help local communities and land managers rehabilitate

and improve management of the Northern Agricultural Region’s (NAR) coastline, through Round 2 of

the Northern Agricultural Catchments Council’s coastal grants program.

Vandals undo rehab work at Buller Dunes

Vandals have struck the rehabilitation projects in the dunes north of Drummond’s Cove. The Buller Dunes have been the site of extensive work over the last two months aimed at protecting the fragile area from 4WD vehicles.
